1) Download BSPlayer
http://www.bsplayer.org/index.php?p=download
2) Play the vid in BSPlayer
3) Right click the vid playing and goto Options > Capture Frame > Original Size
4) OR you can press P
5) By default the cap will goto C:\Program Files\Webteh\BSplayer\
6) While posting, just include the images when u attach ur video.
Post if you want screen SHOTS!
