Grilling Recipes - Let's Hear Them

Well, it's about time of the year when people start firing up their grill again. in the Northern Hemisphere. I grill year round !

I know some of you have your favorite grilling recipes so let's see'm. Spill the beans...

My favorites:

Potatoes cut in small chunks, put onions, olive oil, garlic, some all season, Italian dressing, salt, pepper, carrots, hot sauce and peppers for spice and wrap it in tin foil. Freaking amazing with burgers, seafood, steak or chicken.

I love grilled fish like Tuna Steaks or Shrimp... I like to make a marinade of white wine, lemon, butter, garlic, black pepper and dill(optional).

No matter what I'm grilling, I always have a couple portabellas and sliced onions covered with extra virgin olive oil, salt, pepper and a tiny bit of minced garlic grilling along the side.

Of course I like burgers, I always put some cheese ( blue cheese and fresh chopped basil leaves is my fav ) ...in the center of the raw burger, then grill it.

OK, now I am getting hungry lol
