Your thoughts on mobile homes
not looking at is as any kind of investment-just as a place for retirement. They depreciate so quickly that you can get a decent one for 20K or less. Some lots I have seen on the internet also go for about 20K in some nice over 55 communties and have some nice amenities. Just wondering if anyone here has had any expereince in this or any advice

I think it is a great idea. From what I understand is if you are in the US..... you can go to places like Florida and Arizona where there are a ton of those communites and pick them up really cheap. but seriously, my grand folks live in st. george, UT. it has a low cost of living, about 60 miles from Vegas, and it's always great weather. if you like the sun and gambling this is your place. if you go to vegas enough you get comped rooms every time. hope this helps glow.
